For Formators and Animators
The formation of religious and priests has become a grave concern of the Church today. It is a great paradox that even after devoting a greater portion of our finances and personnel to formation, it has not catalyzed enough concern for the Gospel values and total commitment. The changing patterns of social and family life have caused their ripples in formation houses too. There is a great need to re-emphasize our missionary commitment to the Kingdom values. This programme is designed for all formation personnel and superiors of religious communities.

The following themes will be treated in this course:
culture and formation; understanding personality and assessment of vocation; empowering skills for formators; mission trends in formation; media and formation and formative Spirituality.
