It is observed that in religious life, some people lose their enthusiasm by the time they reach mid-life. There are others who get into a dead end by the time they retire from an official job. This programme is designed to re-energize, renew and to rejuvenate our commitment to religious life and mission as well as to forge a new vision for the future.

The focus of the course will be on the following themes:
Identifying one’s core competency, getting in touch with one’s core meaning, one’s unfulfilled aspirations, options for one’s second career.
