For Superiors/Animators of Religious Communities
Religious communities are power houses for energizing the religious in their commitment to transform society according to Gospel values. Animators of such communities need to be skilled in tapping the resourcefulness and energies of members and channelize them towards building up the mystical Body of Christ.

Some of the themes that will be dealt with are:
conflict and stress management; leadership in conflict situations; personal growth and empowering skills; facilitating community leadership and mission out-reach.
